Filter today's real workload By order status, city, postal code, or date range. The planner works on your real orders — nothing to re-import. ### 2. Set the starting point The depot can be your hub, a specific agency, or free-form coordinates. Multiple depots, multiple base routes. ### 3. Adjust the business parameters Minutes per stop, maximum stops per courier, departure time, open or closed route. One-screen parameters — no technical configuration. ### 4. Optimize and apply The resulting route is assigned with one click. The courier receives their sequence in the app and starts the day. And if something changes on the street — a closed customer, an urgent priority — the courier can **re-sequence their own load from their GPS** with a tap. They never reassign other couriers' orders: only their own. You decide per tenant whether to allow this self-service. --- ## Built to run without surprises - **Robust against dirty data:** an address without coordinates doesn't abort the whole batch — the responsible order is excluded (up to 3), the route is still calculated, and the order comes back as unassigned with its reason. - **No usage fees:** the engine runs on your own infrastructure. No surprise invoices for "optimized kilometers." - **Switchable engine:** our own engine by default, or Google's engine with each customer's own credentials if their operation requires it. - **Proof at every stop:** photo, signature, and GPS are tied to the route — proof of delivery isn't a loose attachment, it's the auditable close of the day. --- ## Frequently Asked Questions **Do I need a GPS-tracked fleet to use it?** No. The planner works with orders and addresses; live tracking is optional per tenant. **Can I optimize only part of the day?** Yes: filter by status, city, or range and optimize just that portion. There's also a batch mode from trunk shipment batches. **Does it work per country?** Yes — each country is activated by configuration and each region uses its own route map. You can have one country active and another in preparation. **Can the courier change the route?** Only their own, only the sequence, only if you allow it.
