What happens if I go over my plan's included orders?
Extra orders are billed at your plan's per-order price: $0.20 on Starter and $0.15 on Professional. Service is never interrupted. If your volume is high, the Custom plan adjusts that price too.
Do unused orders roll over to the next month?
No. The quota is monthly and renews every month. This also applies on annual subscriptions.
Is there a commitment period or setup fee?
No. You can cancel anytime, and we don't charge for installation or onboarding.
Do WhatsApp notifications come from my own number?
Yes. You connect your company's WhatsApp Business number and notifications are sent from it, not from a generic number. Available from the Professional plan.
Do my customers' accounts count as plan users?
No. Plan users are for your team (admins, operators, and couriers). The accounts your customers use in the customer portal are separate and don't count against your plan's user limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. The change applies immediately and billing is prorated.
Are the mobile apps included?
Yes. The Android and iOS courier app and the web admin panel are included in every plan.
What currency am I billed in?
US dollars. Any applicable taxes for your country are calculated at checkout.
