Pricing and Payments
How much does Sistrack cost?
The Starter plan costs $99 USD per month plus applicable taxes, with 500 included orders and 5 team users. Extra orders cost $0.20 each. Note that the system allows one active session at a time per user credential to guarantee security.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. This lets us comply with international tax regulations, so your invoices are issued directly by Paddle, ensuring tax validity in your country.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts for companies with more than 20 users. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want, with no penalties. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, Sistrack integrates with WooCommerce, Shopify, and PrestaShop via Zapier, with MercadoLibre coming soon. We also have a REST API for custom integrations.
Can my customers track their shipments?

Can I choose the starting number for my orders?
