📋 General Information

  • Role Name: Reseller
  • Access Level: Self-service with management of multiple senders
  • Typical Use: Logistics reseller who ships on behalf of several senders
  • Quantity: Unlimited

🎯 Role Purpose

The Reseller is a self-service profile designed for users who ship on behalf of several different senders. Unlike the Customer role (which always uses a single sender), the Reseller manages an address book of senders and reuses them when creating orders.

It keeps a “mine only” scope: each Reseller sees only the senders, recipients, and orders they created themselves. They never see other account users’ data.

✅ What they CAN do

👥 Sender Management (key differentiator)

  • ✅ Create multiple senders from the “Senders” screen
  • ✅ Edit their senders’ data
  • ✅ Delete their senders
  • ✅ Reuse senders when creating new orders
  • ❌ Cannot see other users’ senders

📬 Recipient Management

  • ✅ Create a list of frequent recipients
  • ✅ Edit their saved recipients
  • ✅ Delete their own recipients
  • ❌ Cannot see other users’ recipients

  • ✅ Generate and print receipts
  • ✅ Edit the address and description of their own orders (before delivery)
  • ❌ Cannot delete orders
  • ❌ Cannot see other users’ orders
  • ❌ Cannot manually change shipment statuses
  • ❌ Cannot assign couriers

💰 Quotes and Rates

  • ✅ Calculate shipping costs
  • ✅ View available shipping methods
  • ✅ View estimated delivery time
  • ❌ Cannot modify prices or configure rates

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • ✅ View the COD report for their own orders
  • ✅ Export the COD report

⚙️ My Account

  • ✅ Edit their profile
  • ✅ Change their password
  • ✅ Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • ✅ Manage notification preferences

❌ What they CANNOT do

  • ❌ Create, edit, or delete other users
  • ❌ Access organization settings
  • ❌ View the admin Dashboard or global financial reports
  • ❌ Configure rates, zones, or shipping rules
  • ❌ Manage subscriptions or billing

🔒 Privacy and data isolation

When you log in as a Reseller:

  • You only see your own data: the Orders, Senders, and Recipients lists only show the records you created.
  • You can’t open other people’s records: if someone shares a link to an order or sender that isn’t yours, opening it will show an “Access Denied” screen.
  • No admin screens appear: the menu hides the Users, Organization Settings, Rates, etc. options.
  • Your shipments in third-party apps: if you connect an integration or use a mobile app with your account, that integration will only be able to query your shipments — not those of other account users.

🚀 Getting started

  1. Log in with your credentials.
  2. Go to the Senders menu and create the senders you’ll use.
  3. Go to the Recipients menu and add frequent recipients (optional).
  4. Create your first order from Create Order: choose the sender and recipient, and fill in the shipment details.
  5. Print the label and receipt from the order view.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can another person on my same account see my senders? No. Each Reseller user only sees the senders, recipients, and orders they created themselves.

Can I delete an order if I made a mistake? No. Once created, the order stays in the system. Only the account administrator can delete it.

Can I edit an order that’s already been created? Only the address and description, and only as long as the order hasn’t been delivered yet.

I pasted a link to an order and I get “Access Denied.” Why? That order belongs to another user on the account. As a Reseller you can only open orders you created yourself. If you need information about a shipment that isn’t yours, contact your account administrator.

Can I change a shipment’s status (for example, mark it as delivered)? No. Status changes are handled by the courier from their app or by the administrator from the panel.

How many senders can I create? There’s no limit. You can register as many senders as you need.

Can I invite another user to my Reseller account? No. Each Reseller manages their own account. If you need a team working under the same organization, ask your organization’s administrator to create an additional user.
