# Fleet Alerts Guide

## What are alerts?

Alerts notify you when your vehicles' documents are about to expire or have already expired. This helps you:

- Plan renewals ahead of time

## Types of documents monitored

| Document | Description |

| **Insurance** | Vehicle insurance policy |
| **Technical inspection** | Mandatory mechanical inspection |
| **Circulation permit** | Authorization to drive |

## Alert statuses

| Status | Color | Meaning |
|--------|-------|-------------|
| **Expired** | 🔴 Red | The document has already expired. Urgent action required. |
| **About to expire** | 🟡 Yellow | Expires within the next 30 days. Plan the renewal. |
| **Current** | 🟢 Green | Everything's in order. Doesn't appear in alerts. |
