# Frequently Asked Questions - International Courier

## Registration and Business Type

### What's the difference between "Last Mile" and "International Courier"?

These are two different business models:

- **Last Mile**: For local deliveries within a single country. High volume, low value per shipment. Plans optimized for thousands of deliveries.
- **International Courier**: For shipments between countries. Moderate volume, high value per shipment. Plans with international features included.

### How do I choose my business type?

When you sign up for Sistrack, in the first step of the form you'll see two options:
1. **Last Mile** - Select this if your operation is mainly local deliveries
2. **International Courier** - Select this if you handle shipments between countries

### Can I change my business type later?

Yes, but it requires contacting support. If you initially signed up as "Last Mile" but now need international capabilities, contact:
- 📧 Email: soporte@sistrack.com
- 📱 WhatsApp: +34 603 92 75 41

Our team will help you migrate your account to the Courier model.

### What if I'm Last Mile but occasionally have international shipments?

If your international shipments are occasional (less than 10% of your operation), a Last Mile plan with the Courier module as an add-on might be more convenient. Contact sales to evaluate your specific case.

## Plans and Pricing

### What are the plans for International Courier?

| Plan | Price/month | Included Shipments | Extra |
|------|------------|------------------|-----------|
| Courier Starter | $49.99 | 50 | $1.50 each |
| Courier Business | $149.99 | 200 | $1.00 each |
| Courier Enterprise | $399.99 | 500 | $0.75 each |

### Why do Courier plans have fewer shipments than Last Mile?

International courier businesses typically handle lower volume but higher value per shipment. The plans are designed for this model:

- **Last Mile**: Can have thousands of daily deliveries with a low margin per shipment
- **Courier**: Typically handles dozens to hundreds of monthly shipments with a higher margin

### What do Courier plans include?

All plans include:
- ✅ Geographic zones in any country
- ✅ Unlimited international routes
- ✅ Global senders and recipients
- ✅ International rate calculator
- ✅ Waybill and label printing
- ✅ Email notifications
- ✅ Courier app
- ✅ Technical support

### What happens if I exceed my included shipments?

You're charged the extra-shipment price for your plan:
- Starter: $1.50 per extra shipment
- Business: $1.00 per extra shipment
- Enterprise: $0.75 per extra shipment

Extra charges are billed on your next billing cycle.

### Can I see the Last Mile plans if I'm a Courier?

No. The system only shows the plans corresponding to your business type. This avoids confusion and ensures you see prices relevant to your operation.
