General

I don’t see the Agencies option in the menu?

The module comes disabled by default. An administrator must enable it in Organization → System, by turning on the Agencies switch.

Who can manage agencies?

It depends on each role’s permissions. In general, administrators and managers can create and edit offices and assign staff; other roles can only view them. Customers don’t manage agencies, but they do see public offices when they create an order.

What’s the difference between an “Own” and a “Partner” office?

It’s just an informational classification of the office’s ownership: Own belongs to your company; Partner is operated by a partner.

Registration and editing

Why is the map location required?

Because it’s what allows the office to be recommended to your customers by proximity. As you type the address, the map tries to locate it; if it’s not exact, drag the pin to the correct spot.

How do I set opening hours?

Open the office, click Edit, and set the schedule per day of the week in the operations section.

Can I disable an office without deleting it?

Yes. Remove the Active flag on the office. An inactive office isn’t recommended to customers, but its data is kept.

Staff

Is a different role defined per office?

No. Each person’s role is the one they already have assigned in the system (for example, Courier or Manager). When assigned to an office, that same role is shown.

Can a person be at multiple offices?

Yes. You can also mark an office as primary for that person (only one primary office per person).

Nearby offices when creating an order

I created an order but no office is shown, why?

Check that:

  1. The Agencies module is enabled.
  2. There are offices marked as public and active.

If there are public offices but no distance is shown, it’s because your exact location isn’t known: use View offices near me or the postal code search on the same card.

Why do some offices show distance and others don’t?

Distance appears when the system knows your location (from the sender’s address or from the “near me” search). When only the available offices are listed (“Our offices”), distance isn’t shown.

Are all my offices shown to customers?

No. Only those marked as public and active. Internal offices aren’t shown to customers.

The order has cash on delivery (COD), does it affect which offices are shown?

Yes. Offices that accept cash-on-delivery payments are prioritized. If none of the nearby ones accept it, the available nearby offices are still shown.

Can I call or get directions to an office from the recommendation?

Yes. For each office, the address opens the map and the phone starts a call when clicked.
